Essex Homes is pleased to announce the recent hire of Scott Henderson as Regional Sales Manager.

Scott's primary focus is on our patios homes in the Essex Greens at Waterford community located in Clarence. “With over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing and management, we look forward to the fresh ideas and professionalism that Mr. Henderson will bring to the Essex team,” said Philip J. Nanula, President of Essex Homes of WNY.

 Scott currently serves on the Board of Directors for Niagara Sailing Club of Grand Island, Board of Directors for Riverside Business Association and on the Board of Managers for the Town Boy & Girls Club of the Northtowns. In addition, he previously worked as the Sales/Project Manager at Advantage Woodshop and Blackbox Creative where he developed local marketing strategies, product sales and customer service and worked with interior design/build projects.  Scott graduated from Buffalo State College with a degree in Broadcast Journalism.

The Meat Brawl RPAC fundraiser Tuesday night at the Artisan Culinary Loft was a fun and successful night for the Realtors and celebrity judges alike. Five Realtors competed for the coveted meat Brawl Trophy, with Sharon Ciminelli snaring the victory. Donna Littlefield’s meatballs won the People’s Choice award. Thanks to all the other chefs: John Gerace, James Wangelin, and @NYSAR_News President Joe Rivellino. The judges noted that every single meatball was delicious, not a bad ball in the bunch.   Thanks to all who attended, contributed, and supported this memorable event. A tip of the chef’s hat, too, to judges Don Postles from WIVB-TV, Chef Li Wang from WIND Restaurant, and broadcaster DJ Anthony. More great food for the guests was provided Ace and Kristen from Amici Ristorante. Cheers to all! Realtor advocacy, done in a bipartisan fashion, is more important than ever in these tumultuous times.
