Realtor-Associate ® of the Year

Amherst, NY- Judy Lee of RE/MAX North was named Realtor-Associate® of the Year at the Buffalo Niagara Association of Realtors® (BNAR) Inaugural Event held on January 12, 2026 at the Pendleton Creek Golf Club and Pub.  The award acknowledges the outstanding contributions of a Realtor® who has contributed to the real estate industry, the community and the BNAR.

The BNAR is a trade organization with more than 3,400 members whose mission is to assist members to become successful, inclusive, and profitable and to promote professionalism, cooperation, fair housing, and real property rights. 

Lee, a Williamsville, NY resident, began her real estate career in 2018.  Soon after she decided it was time to invest her time at BNAR for first-hand knowledge about the business and to network.

Our award recipient has served on many BNAR committees since she joined the BNAR and was instrumental in bringing in the Global Business Committee with a vision to bring the Buffalo Niagara Region to the world.  She is fluent in Mandarin and Taiwanese and bridges language and cultural gaps for international clients and real estate professionals,

She didn’t waste any time moving herself up the ladder to become a BNAR Director in 2024 and currently serves as the Secretary/Treasurer of the BNAR.

With over thirty years of experience in community volunteering and church ministry, she views real estate as the extension of her commitment to the community and helping others build equity and reach their homeownership goals.

“We are pleased to recognize and honor this accomplished individual in our Association,” said John Leonardi, Chief Executive Officer of the BNAR.  “From her own journey of moving from Taiwan to pursue her college education in Buffalo, she understands the American dream”. She is an excellent role model for fellow Realtors®,” he added.
