Here We Come 2026...

 Hello BNAR Members,

This year, my theme is Professionalism, Ethics and Cooperation. These values are not just guiding principles, they are the promise we make to one another, to our clients, and to communities we serve. In a profession build on trust, our commitment to integrity must lead the way. And in an industry where challenges evolve quickly, cooperation isn’t just helpful, it’s essential. When REALTORS support REALTORS, we raise the bar for everyone.

I am deeply honored to highlight charity of the year. The Miracle League of Western New York. The Miracle League gives individuals with adaptive needs the chance to play baseball on a custom-designed, rubberized field, creating space where barriers fall away and pure joy shines through.  Their mission reminds us of something powerful: when we create opportunities for others, we create a stronger, kinder more inclusive community for all.

I look forward to working with our executive team:  Melvin Taylor Jr., Shufen Judy Lee, Bret Llewellyn, Kelly Spurlock and Joel HusVar who I chose as my advisor.  And of course working with the Board of Directors and our members.
