To that point, the Buffalo Niagara Association of Realtors®
(BNAR) which serves as the trade organization that allows real

Winklhofer as its 95th President. Ms. Winklhofer, whose theme
is “REALTORS, Keepers of the American Dream,” succeeds Alice
Miranda and is the second member of her family to hold this
leadership post. Dedication and commitment to the BNAR are a
family trait. Her father, Robert, was the Association President in
1983, and he is currently the Secretary/Treasurer for the Multiple
Listing Service. Her mother, Judy, is a current Director and has
served as Secretary/Treasurer and Vice President while her
brother Eric, previously served on the Board.
This Saturday, January 14, Amy will be sworn in along with
the other members of the Executive Committee and new Directors
at Shea’s Performing Arts Center. The Executive Committee
will consist of: Amy Winklhofer, President; Lou Vinci, President
Elect; Joseph Revellino, Secretary/Treasurer; John Kopera, Vice
President, Alice Miranda, Immediate Past President, Mary Ann
Kustich, Advisor, and myself. The new Directors are: Bill Higgins,
Robert Ganey, Sharon Ciminelli, Larry Lentini, Peter Hunt and Dan
Symoniak are Directors at Large and our two Regional Directors
are Elaine McCune and Rebecca Van Dorn.
