Local Real Estate Firms Announce Merger

Yorkshire, NY (2/9/2015) — Local real estate firms Buncy Real Estate of Yorkshire, NY and ERA Team VP Real Estate, headquartered in Chautauqua County, NY have announced the merger of their operations. The combined firm will conduct business as ERA Team VP Real Estate with the Yorkshire office location remaining at 3180 Route 39.

According to Bill Soffel, President/CEO of ERA Team VP Real Estate, “This is a very natural strategic alliance as ERA Team VP has more than 30 years of experience in the southwestern New York real estate market and Buncy Real Estate has almost 20 years of experience in Western New York, including the greater Buffalo Niagara market.  Clients and customers of both firms will now benefit from a much broader marketing and networking reach, covering the entire Southern Tier of New York State.”  In addition, ERA Team VP Real Estate also operates 9 other office locations including Ellicottville in Cattaraugus County, Cuba in Allegany County and in Warren and Bradford in northwestern Pennsylvania.
