“Stack Up Your Savings,” its first promotional special of the New Year.  For a limited time, qualified customers who build with Essex can save 50% off an array of customizable options when building a new home in select communities across WNY, with maximum savings of up to $12,000. The announcement was made by Philip J.
Nanula, president of Essex Homes of WNY.

       “We wanted to start the new year off in a big way for our customers by offering them the ability to include high-end, quality materials in their new home while maximizing future resale value. Promotional dollars may be allocated towards any number of options that appeal to their individual lifestyle. As part of this new promotion, buyers of a “Hallmark” series home are eligible to save up to $9,000 with the program and those purchasing an Essex “Premier” series home are eligible to save up to $12,000. Additional savings of up to $10,000 are also available within our newest community, The Villas at Woods, a new 48-unit planned community of villas located just off Sweet Home Rd., past the I-990 and the SUNY Buffalo North Campus, in Amherst, NY.
