 On Sept. 19th, Assembly Member Monica Wallace (143rd District), covering Cheektowaga, Lancaster, Sloan, parts of Buffalo, was the guest speaker at the Government Affairs Committee meeting. Wallace spoke about a number of real estate-related issues, including condo and inspection bills, the inner workings of the Assembly, and offered her office as a resource to our members, many of whom are her constituents. After her presentation, Wallace entertained a number of questions from the Committee. We appreciate the Assembly member’s time and commitment to the region.

For Immediate Release:  October 2, 2023 | Contact: Pete Peterson at (716) 688-1234  MJ Peterson Real Estate Holds Buffalo Bills Ticket Raffle to Raise Money to Benefit the SPCA of Erie County AMHERST, NY -- MJ Peterson Real Estate held its second Buffalo Bills Ticket Raffle, supporting the SPCA of Erie County. The raffle was held in late October at MJ Peterson’s Corporate Office located at 200 John James Audubon Parkway. All MJ Peterson offices contributed to the cause. Each entry was $10 for a chance to win four tickets to the Buffalo Bills Thursday Night Football game on October 26th against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Each person could enter as many times as they wanted. In total, MJ Peterson raised $1,820 for the SPCA.
