October 5, 2020 (Clarence, NY) - Essex Homes of WNY is pleased to announce its new fall promotion, “Harvest Your Savings.” For a limited time, qualified customers who build with Essex Homes can save 50% off an array of customizable options when building a new home in select communities across WNY, with maximum savings of up to $12,000. The announcement was made by Philip J. Nanula, president of Essex Homes of WNY.

       “This value-added opportunity and the incredible savings that can be achieved is the most exciting aspect of our program. We are offering our customers the ability to include high-end, quality materials in their home for added enjoyment, while maximizing its future resale value. As part of this new promotion, buyers of a “Hallmark” series home are eligible to save up to $9,000 with the program and those purchasing an Essex “Premier” series home are eligible to save up to $12,000. Additional savings of up to $10,000 are also available within our newest community, The Villas at Woods, a new 48-unit planned community of villas located just off Sweet Home Rd., past the I-990 and the SUNY Buffalo North Campus, in Amherst, NY.
