For a limited time, qualified customers who build with Essex Homes can save up to $12,000 on a multitude of custom options for their new home in select communities across Western New York. ESSEX HOMES BREAKS GROUND ON FINAL PHASE OF CROSS CREEK ESTATES IN LANCASTER

October 10, 2019 (Lancaster, NY) – Essex Homes is pleased to announce that it has broken ground on its final building phase in Cross Creek Estates, a thriving, single-family home community located off Pleasant View Dr. between Stony and Pavement Rds. in Lancaster, NY. BUFFALO, NY – October 1, 2019 – HUNT Real Estate ERA has expanded its presence in the Southern Tier region by acquiring ERA Decker Real Estate, a locally-owned real estate firm located in Whitney Point, NY. ERA Decker has served the region for nearly 50 years and employs 10 real estate sales professionals, all of whom will be joining HUNT.
