officially broken ground in two popular Clarence communities and is actively accepting build
reservations for both Spaulding Green and Northwoods. Located just east of Transit Road in
Clarence Center, both communities offer prospective buyers the opportunity to choose from a
broad array of distinctive home plans, including ranch plans, ranging from 2000 to over 4,000
sq.ft. and to build on lots of varying size. Home prices start in the $400s.
Located off Greiner Road in the heart of Clarence Center, Spaulding Green is the largest
development in the Northtowns of Erie County. This newest phase of development will include
single-family homes set against a backdrop of interconnected communities encompassing
hundreds of acres of lush woodlands, designated preservation areas, man-made lakes, winding
roads and nature trails. A series of public sidewalks and bike paths serve to promote a sense of
community and enhance the aesthetic beauty. Spaulding Green’s prime location offers the
convenience of shopping, dining and entertainment outlets accessible via nearby Transit Road
along with the charming country atmosphere offered by nearby Clarence Hollow to the east.
Northwoods is located just beyond the intersection of Roll and Shimerville Roads and is
quickly becoming one of the fastest-growing communities in Clarence. It offers many attractive
neighborhood features including a tree-lined entrance, winding streets, a community walking
trail and spacious lots backing to lush green landscapes. As a designated open space
subdivision, at least 50% of the land within Northwoods will remain as permanent, undeveloped
green space as per a Clarence Town Ordinance. Many of the lots in Northwoods sit

Currently, Essex Homes is nearing construction completion on a new model home within
Spaulding Green at 5367 Glenview Drive. Part of the builder’s “Premier Series” of homes, the
“Devonshire” will feature 3,675 sq. ft., 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Construction will also begin
soon on a new 4,000 sq. ft. “Easton” model. Two new “Premier Series” homes are also being
built in Northwoods. A new Essex model at 5379 Briannas Nook, the “Weston,” is nearing
completion and will feature 2747 sq.ft., 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Construction will also begin soon at 8979 Marcos Hideaway and will showcase the builder’s larger “Ellington” home plan.
Two of the models will open to the public for viewing beginning in late March 2019.
