For a limited time, qualified customers who build with Essex Homes can save up to $18,000 on a multitude of custom options for their new home in select communities across Western New York.

According to Nanula, buyers of a “Hallmark” series home are eligible to save up to $12,000 with the program and those purchasing an Essex “Premier” series home are eligible to save up to $15,000. Prospective customers who build in Knoche Farms (Orchard Park) will also enjoy an additional “BONUS” savings of $3,000, resulting in total potential savings of up to $18,000. Promotional monies may be allocated at the buyer’s discretion toward custom options such as granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, glamour baths, sunrooms, and more.
