Buffalo, NY — MJ Peterson Corporation is pleased to announce the hiring of Christopher Leonard as its Marketing Director.

“We’re ecstatic to fill this key role within MJ Peterson Real Estate,” Victor Peterson III, President of MJ Peterson, said. “Christopher Leonard is a dynamic, forward-thinking marketer whose skills and insights will be a great match for the MJ Peterson brand as we continue our growth and service to the Western New York community.”

Leonard, a resident of the Town of Tonawanda, will be responsible for conceiving and implementing
marketing communications efforts related to MJ Peterson’s numerous apartment complexes and
supporting its growing residential and commercial real estate divisions.

Before MJ Peterson, Leonard was the Marketing and Communications Director with Hamister Group,
LLC. Prior to that, he was the Marketing Resource Manager with CBRE Buffalo.
Four generations of the Peterson family have produced successful results for its clients in the real estate marketplace. Through the years, MJ Peterson has built more than 6,000 single-family homes. It has built and owns over 3,000 conventional and government-assisted apartments, single family and duplex homes, luxury condominiums and family and senior housing developments.
