Over the last 25 years, Essex Homes has been recognized with numerous awards and honors for excellence in home building as well as its involvement in many charitable organizations and events. These include recognition by Builder magazine on its “Fast Track Hall of Fame” list and being named “Builder of the Year” by the Niagara Frontier Builders Association. Camp Good Days and Special Times also awarded the “Spirit of Teddi Humanitarian Award,” one of the highest community honors, to Essex president, Philip J. Nanula in recognition of outstanding dedication and service to the organization.
