The “Wilshier” in Clarence Center’s Shadow Woods

As their 20 Year Anniversary Celebration continues, Essex Homes presents a brand new 1st Floor Master design the ”Wilshier”, in Clarence Center’s Shadow Woods.  This new neighborhood is conveniently located off Goodrich Road between Roll and County, just north of Keller Road.  “We’re pleased to add “Shadow Woods” to the list of popular neighborhoods where Essex is building,” stated Jeff Jones regional sales manager for Essex Homes.

The Wilshier, located at 9440 Kristina Circle is open Saturday and Sunday, March 31st and April 1st from 1-5pm.  This home has 2413 sq. ft. with 4 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths in a practical layout for today’s lifestyle and is available for immediate occupancy for $349,900.  The draw to this new design is the 1st floor master suite with an eye-catching tray ceiling, private glamour bath and spacious walk-in closet.  Positioned in the back left corner of the house, you can enjoy the privacy of your owner’s suite being secluded from the rest of the house and the other bedrooms.

As you enter the 2-story foyer, there is a formal dining room with decorative crown molding. This spacious room is perfect for your family holiday dinners.  The family room with gas fireplace is open to the kitchen-dinette and sunroom, making this design ideal for entertaining.  The kitchen is stunning with Maple Amaretto cabinets and Granite countertops and an island with breakfast bar.  Enhancing the kitchen is the natural flow into the sunroom with a cathedral ceiling and three walls of windows with a sliding door to the rear yard.

Completing the 1st floor is the laundry room with a walk-in coat closet next to the garage, and the ½ bath off the back hallway.

Upstairs are three very roomy bedrooms all easily accessible to the main bath, and a loft area with an overlook to the family room.  As standard with all Essex homes, there is a full basement with 8’0 ceiling height offering great storage and the perfect opportunity for an additional finished area in the future.

“The appeal to this new Clarence location of Shadow Woods is that most of the 36 home sites back up to a protected area or pond, and all of them will enjoy the privacy of having no homes directly behind them. We have already started building and are very excited about the overwhelming response to this exclusive neighborhood,” stated Jones.   Homes in Shadow Woods will start in the $290’s and enjoy the highly regarded Clarence School district.

The entrance to Shadow Woods offers great curb appeal with an impressive stone sign and professional landscaping, welcoming you into this beautiful setting.  In addition to the natural beauty and privacy of Shadow Woods, this new community is within walking distance to Clarence Center’s 4 corners and offers convenient access to Transit Road’s shopping, dining and entertainment; and you are just minutes from Clarence Town Park.  “Clarence is a family oriented community featuring the Clarence Recreation Department, walking and biking trails, and a beautiful local branch library.  The opportunity to own an Essex home in Shadow Woods shows our commitment to building homes people will love, in the neighborhoods where they want to live; that’s what makes real value,” stated Jeff Jones.

Shadow Woods is also showcasing another brand new design for 2012 in conjunction with our 20 Year anniversary celebration. The “Easton” located at 9470 Kristina Circle, is our new model home for Clarence and is open daily 1-5; closed on Fridays.  Take a tour through this furnished, professionally decorated & landscaped model and find out how easy it is to get started on your new Essex home.  As an added incentive, you can now enjoy up to $20,000 in free options on your new home build order!
