 Speaking of home buying, mortgage rates are still at historically low rates. In fact, US News and World Report recently published “5 Ways to Take Advantage of Low Interest Rates”*, and we’re happy to say “Buy A Home” was number one on the list.  We couldn’t echo this sentiment more.  When you combine low rates, an amazing availability of homes, and the ever changing Western New York market, all these factors make it the perfect time to buy a home.
